1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cordmon (the "Service"), including our website and Discord bot, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Virtual Goods and Currency
The Service may include virtual currencies (e.g., "Gems") and virtual items (e.g., "Creatures") (collectively, "Virtual Goods").
- Limited License: You acquire a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Virtual Goods within the Service. You do not own the Virtual Goods.
- No Real World Value: Virtual Goods have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for legal currency or items of value outside of the Service.
- Non-Transferable: Virtual Goods are non-transferable unless explicitly allowed by the Service mechanics (e.g., in-game trading systems). Selling Virtual Goods for real money is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.
3. Refund Policy
ALL PURCHASES OF VIRTUAL CURRENCY (GEMS) AND VIRTUAL ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are purchasing an instant digital service that is fully performed upon the delivery of the Gems to your account.
- No Refunds: We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to accidental purchases, dissatisfaction with the game, or account termination.
- Account Termination: If your account is banned or suspended for violating these Terms, you forfeit all access to any Virtual Goods and Currency associated with your account, and no refund will be provided.
4. User Conduct
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
- Using cheats, automation software (bots), hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software to modify or interfere with the Service.
- Exploiting bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
- Selling, buying, or trading accounts or Virtual Goods for real-world money.
- Harassing, threatening, or spamming other users.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice, for violating these Terms or for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the Service's availability, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
